Xarabcam is committed to consent, safety, and the protection of every person depicted in content available on this website.

Any person depicted in content on Xarabcam, or their authorized representative, may request the review or removal of content featuring their image, likeness, or performance.

Any visitor may also report content they believe may be illegal, non-consensual, exploitative, abusive, or otherwise in violation of our Standards, whether or not they are depicted in that content.

How to Submit a Report or Request

Please include:

Your full name and contact information;
The URL or clear identification of the content concerned;
The reason for your report or request;
Your relationship to the content, where relevant;
Any information or documentation that may help us review the matter.

We handle all reports confidentially and use the information provided only to investigate and resolve the matter.

Review Process

All reports and content removal requests are reviewed promptly and resolved within five business days after we receive sufficient information to investigate.

During the review, Xarabcam may temporarily restrict access to the content concerned where appropriate. We may contact the requester if additional information is needed.

Possible Outcomes

Following our review, Xarabcam may:

Confirm that the content may remain available;
Temporarily restrict the content while further review is completed;
Permanently remove the content;
Take any other appropriate action required by applicable law;
Report suspected human trafficking, exploitation, coercion, illegal content, or non-consensual content to the appropriate authorities.

If the investigation determines that consent was not given, is invalid, or is void under applicable law, the content will be removed.

Appeals Procedure

If a requester disagrees with the outcome of a report or content removal request, they may submit an appeal through our Contact Us page within 30 days of receiving the decision.

The appeal should explain why the decision should be reconsidered and include any relevant new information.

If a disagreement remains after the appeal process, Xarabcam will allow the matter to be reviewed and resolved by an independent and neutral body. The reasonable costs of that neutral review will be borne by Xarabcam.
